Dear Dr. Grace:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as dgent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits six (6) copies of Amendment 15 to the Physical Security Plan under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p). This change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, or the Training and Qualification Plan.
Amendment 15 reflects changes in the personnel search requirements for compliance with 10CRF73.55(d)(1) which was revised effective September 3, 1986.
It should be noted that the enclosed amended pages contain no Safeguards Information.
The attachments contain information which should be withheld from public disclosureinaccordancewith10CFR2.790(d).
