PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR CONTROL R0D DRIVE AND ORIFICING ASSEMBLIES AT FORT ST. VRAIN We have reviewed your submittals dated February 3 and September 19, 1986 (P-86078 and P-86547) concerning your preventive maintenance-program for the control rod drive and orificing assemblies (CRD0As) at the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. We conclude that the proposed program represents a well-planned and comprehensive approach to monitoring the operational status of the CRD0As. Therefore, we find your proposed program acceptable. Our Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
