In response to our letter dated May 2, 1986, pertaining to an allegation that a D. C. Cook Plant Security Officer use of a controlled substance.
(Allegation RIII 86-A-0068).
Your investigation into this issue indicated the allegation to be without substance. This actions noted in your August 22, 1986 letter appears appropriate and we have no further questions at this time.
