Thank you for your letter of October 22, 1986, which responded to our letter
-and Notice of Violation dated September 26, 1986.
The Safeguards Attachment contains our response to your reply to Violation
482/8619-01.
We have reviewed your reply to Violation 482/8619-02 and find it responsive to

the concerns raised. We will review the implemer,ation of your corrective
actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been
achieved and will be maintained.
We are reviewing your reply to Violation 482/8619-03 regarding the failure to
report security events and will be responding to this item by separate
correspondence in the future.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as identified
by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the
material will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
