Enclosed are the original and 3 copies of Amendment 16 to the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan.
The changes in this amendment are being made in compliance with miscellaneous amendments to Parts 50 and 73 of the Code of Federal Regulation. The specific change to Category IV material search requirements is H response to our previously disapproved submittal of Amendment 12.
The enclosures to this letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and must be withheld from public disclosure.
