License Chant.e Application 142 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 142 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1. A check for $L50 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
In the Safet.y Evaluation attached to NRC letter dated June 16, 1986, it is noted that changes to the Trojan Technical Specifications to resolve control roosa habitability issues are to be proposed by September 30, 1986.
This LCA resises the TTS to resolve these issues by proposing changes to:
(1) TTS 3/4.3.3.6, Chlorine Detection Systems; (2) TTS 3/4.3.3.12, SO2 Detection Systems; and (3) TTS 3/4.7.6.1, Control Room Emergency Ventilation System.
Also attached is one signed copy of a certificate of Service for LCA 142 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
