FOIA 85-59 APPEAL FROM INITIAL FOIA DECISION
Dear Mr. Felton:
This letter appeals the decision of the Commission to deny the release of documents requested by the Government Accountability Project (GAP) regarding the investigation of the Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant.
Specifically we appeal the denial of the following documents:
l 1.
The 27 civil / structural documents contained within the category of documents identified as Appendix C, Items 1-642; l
2.
The 24 electrical /instrumentataion documents contained-l within the category of documents identified as Appendix D, Items 1-447; 3.
The draft version of SSER #5, and; l
l 4.
The two (2) documents, numbered 11 and 77, contained I
within the category of documents identifed as Appendix A, Test Procedures and Coatings.
As provided under the FOIA, we expect to receive a response to this administrative appeal within twenty (20) working days.
