This refers to'the inspection conducted by Mr. J. E. Russell and other members
of the Region V staff on May 8-14, 1987, of activities authorized by NRC
License No. NPF-15 and to the discussion held by Messrs John B. Martin and
Ross A. Scarano with Mr. P. Knapp and other members of your staff on May 11,
1987.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of examination'of a
' licensee report, discussions with licensee personnel, and observations by the
inspectors.
