This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by

l P. T. Burnett on September 8-12, 1986. The inspection included a review of  ;

i activities authorized for your Catawba facility. At the conclusion of the

identified in the enclosed inspection report.  ;
