SER INPUT FOR SEQUOYAH RESTART - MAINTENANCE

Enclosed is the updated maintenance safety evaluation report (SER) input

supported by maintenance inspections documented in NRC Inspection Report

Nos. 50-327, 328/85-45, 50-327, 328/86-18, and 50-327, 328/86-48. This SER

provides our evaluation and conclusions regarding the comitments included in

the Revised Sequoyah Nuclear Performance Plan, Section 11.4.0, dated July 17,

1986. The enclosed SER input replaces in its entirety our previous maintenance

SER input dated August 7, 1986. Note that there are follow-up items that will

be resolved by Region II during inspections prior to startup of the Sequoyah

units.
