DOCKET NO. 70-1113 Our preliminary review of the change to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, submitted by your letter of May 15, 1987, revealed that the changes are not consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c) in that certain aspects are not consistent with the guidance provided by the NRC Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) in a letter to you of May 14, 1984. We have forwarded your letter to NMSS for action.
