DOCKET NO. 70-1113 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of May 8,1987, which transmitted a revision dated May 8,1987, to the Nuclear Fuel and Component Manufacturing Facility, Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Your May 8 submittal superceded your submittal of May 5 which in turn superceded your submittal of March 30(SIC).
Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
