This refers to the routine safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. W. Madden of
this office on August 11 - August 14, 1986 of activities authorized by NRC
License No. DPR-50 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. W. Madden
with yourself and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the in-
spection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you had taken to correct the violation
brought to your attention in the enclosure to our January 9,1986 letter. We
have no further questions regarding your action at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.

accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (Safeguards Information). Therefore, it will not
