safety inspection of activities authorized by flRC License No. DPR-73 at your
facility. The attached flRC Region I Inspection Report describes the areas

examined. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the

inspector. A meeting was held by Mr. T. Hoslak.of our office on September 4,
1986 to summarize the inspection findings with Mr. R. Rogan and other members

of your staff.

Based on the results of the inspection, it appears that one of your activitics

was not conducted in full coupliance with f4RC requirements, as set 'forth in

the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix A.
