CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR REQUEST DATED AUGUST 25, 1986 By letter dated August 25, 1986, GE requested an amendment to License No.
SNM-1097 to make revisions.to the table of contents of the application and to revise the Radiological Contingency and Emergency Plan. The changes will not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. This is an administrative change and will therefore have no effect on the environmental protection or the public health and safety. -Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), the staff concludes that neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
