SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT, APPLICATION DATED AUGUST 25, 1986, RE:
PART I REVISIONS
Background
Part I of the GE aaplication has been incorporated into the license by Condition 9.
In tie subject application, the licensee has revised the Index cnd Chapter 8, Part I.
Discussion The licensee has revised the index to maintain a current listing of pages for Parts I and II. This is an administrative action with no effect on safety.
Chapter 8, Part I, has been revised to reference the current Emergency Plan.
The Plan was revised to provide site telephone numbers and to reflect changes
'in facilities and organizations. The licensee notified the NRC staff of the changes in the plan by a second letter dated August 25, 1986. The staff agrees that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
Conclusion / Recommendation The staff concludes.that the proposed changes are administrative in nature and will have no adverse effect on the public health and safety or on the environment. Approval of the application is recommended.
