ORDER On September 22, 1986, the Coalition for Alternatives to Shearon Harris (CASH) and Wells Eddleman requested an extension of time until the week of October 13 to respond to the Comission order of September 12, 1986. Applicant Carolina Power and Light Co. (CP&L) and the NRC staff opposed the requested extension.
The Comission has decided to grant the extension request in part.
ftr. Eddleman and CASH are to file a brief to be served on CP&L and the NRC staff by express mail, and to be in the hands of the Secretary of the Comission by 5:00 p.m. October 6,1986.
CP&L should file a response with the Secretary of the Comission by 5:00 p.m. October 14, 1986. The NRC staff is to file a response with the Secretary by 5:00 p.m. October 17, 1986.
