The attached motion discusses the application of 10 CFR 332.720 and 2.744 to this request.

Larry Shao, former director of the mechanical and i civil / structural TRT teams, had day-to-day supervisory responsioility of the TRT inspections into the mechanical and c,1v11/ structural allegations about tne Comanche Peak plant, and was the principal author of SSER Vd. Mr. Shao personally performed and/or supervised the analysis of the CPRT, Revision 0-J, including out not limited to preparing tne August 9 anu September 30, 1985 questions / comments on the adequacy of the CPRT, and SSea v13.
