Letter NDINSM:2267 dated July 28, 1986 from G. S. Sovick to T. E. Murley transmitting Quality Assurance Program Changes We have received the referenced letter transmitting two editorial and six organization changes to the facilities Quality Assurance Program.
Region I staff has reviewed this submittal and found the changes acceptable as they did not reduce the commitments in your previously accepted Quality Assurance Program Description.
The effectiveness of your Quality Assurance Program implementation will continue to be the subject of routine regional inspections.
