REVISED EASTMAN KODAK SECURITY PLAN FOR THE Pf!OTECTION OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL OF MODERATE STRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE -
Region I has completed the review of a revised Physical Security Plan dated May 14, 1986, submitted by the Eastman Kodak Company on July 29, 1986. With the exception of certain in-transit requirements, it has been determined that
! the revised plan is acceptable. Therefore, we request that the following license condition be issued to incorporate the approved security plan into Materials License No. SNM-1513:
The licensee shall maintain and fully implement all provisions of the Comission approved Physical Security Plan, including any changes made l to the Plan pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 70.32(e). The approved Physical Security Plan consists of the " Licensee Physical Security Plan
, for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic I
Significance," Jated May 14, 1986, transmitted by letter dated July 29, 1986. In addition, the licensee shall submit a transportation physical security plan to the IRC at least 120 days prior to any anticipated shipments or receipts of special nuclear material of moderate strategic significance or 10 kilograms or more of low strategic significance.
The plan identified by this condition shall be withheld frcm public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
When issuing the above license condition to the licensee, please inform them that this license condition supersedes the two unnumbered licente conditions l issued by letter dated May 7, 1981 from George W. McCorkle.
