We hwe cumpleted our review of the " Licensee Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance" submitted with your letter dated November 4,1980.
Except for certain in-transit requirements, we have detemined that the plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67.
Accordingly, we are amending your License No. S%1513 to include the license Conditions contained in the enclosurt.
Your plan is required to be fully implemented thirty (30) days after receipt of this letter.

ENCLOSURE Packet No. 70-1703 License No. SNM-1513 LICENSE CONDITIONS The licensee shall follow the physical security plan entitled
" Licensee Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance" submitted by letter dated November 4,1981.
The licensee shall submit a transportation physical security plan to the NRC at least 120 days prior to any anticipated shipments or receipts of special nuclear material of moderate strategic significance or 10 kilograms or more of low strategic significance.
