Attached to the charter is a list of questier.s which we believe should be answered. These c;uesticr.s obvicusly are not all-inclusive but should help us to gain ir. sight ii.tc the event. The charter and the list of questions can be sumarized into five basic problem areas:

2. Reactor Protection; Syster.
