IE BULLETIN 83-03, CHECK VALVE FAILURES IN RAW WATER COOLING SYSTEMS OF DIESEL GENEnATORS, CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3, DOCKET NO. 50-302 In a letter dated August 7,1986, we requested a report concerning Action Item No. 5 of IE Bulletin 93 03. Subsequent telephone conversations between our staff revealed that the res iested information was initially provided September 16, 1983 and that another copy of that information would be forwarded for our review and inclusion into our document control system.
