Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Miscellaneous Changes to Physical Security Plan
Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter is to confirm a November 14, 1986, telephone conversation between Mr. R. B. Manili, an NRC Physical Security Plan reviewer, and Mr.
H. J. Sefick, Manager, Nuclear Security for South Carolina Electric &
Gas Company (SCE&G).
In this conversation, Mr. Sefick requested and was granted a two week extension from December 2, 1986, to December 16, 1986, to submit Physical Security Plan changes required by Code of Federal Regulation Miscellaneous Amendments concerning Physical Protection of Nuclear Power Plants.
Mr. Manili's approval was based upon concurrence from Ms. Priscilla Dwyer and a representative from the Office of General Counsel.
SCE&G will make every effort to meet the December 2, 1986, date; however, if this cannot be achieved, our changes will be submitted no later than December 16, 1986.
