In accordance with Technical Assistance Request 1351, we have reviewed the WPPSS #2 Proposed Main Steam Isolation Valve Isak Control Systen (MSIVLCS).
Our conclusions are that the proposed systest is acceptable provided that the applicant provides an additional interlock to prevent inadvertent oposation of the MSIVLCS. Analysis of the MSIVLCS contribution to WPPSS #2 site does following LOCA is the responsibility of the Accident Analysis Branch.
