Dear Mr. Farrar:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 14, 1987 which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 26, to the "LaSalle Security Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that, except for those items identified in the enclosure, they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable. However, during our review of Revision 26, one section of the plan raised some questions.
Comments concerning this portion of the plan with which we have concerns are enclosed.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
