We have reviewed the draft Commission paper transmitting a draft rule establishing special procedures which NRC offices and staff may use to request that certain information be protected from disclosure in pending adjudicatory

[ proceedings as requested in the referenced' memorandum. We have no comment and concur in the draft Commission paper.
