SUBJECT: NRC REPORT NOS. 50-302/85-41 AND 50-302/85-44
Thank you for your response of March 14, 1986, which responded to our Notice of
Violation and Notice of Deviation issued on February 12, 1986, and supplemented
your response of December 20, 1985 to our Notice of Violation issued on
November 21, 1985.
This supplemental response was requested by our letter of
January 24, 1986.
We have evaluated your responses to Violations 85-41-03,
85-44-03 and 85-44-06 and find that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future
inspections.
Your response to Deviation 85-44-01 was addressed in our letter of
August 20, 1986 forwarding Inspection Report 50-302/86-22.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
