EXAMINATION REPORT On October 24, 1986, the NRC observed the administration and participated in the grading of requalification examinations administered by your training department to enployees of your company who have licenses to operate your Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. At the conclusion of the examination, any generic findings that evolved as a result of the examinations were discussed j
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Conniissions regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
