Exagipa_tjon_ R_eview Meeting On October 23, 1986, the day prior to the administration of the requalification examinations, the NRC examiner met with R. Simkins, the Nuclear Operations Training Manager, to discuss the adequacy of the examinations and resolve any discrepancies which the NRC examiner noted in his examination review. The NRC examiner determined the requalification examinations to be adequate, though minor discrepancies were noted during the examination review. The minor discrepancies were corrected by the facility prior to the administration of the examination.

Exit Mee_t_ing On October 24, 1986, at the conclusion of the exartiinotions, the NRC representative met with the following facility personnel to discuss the facility's requalification examinations:

Simkins, Nuclear Operations Training Manager The examiner informed the facility representatives that the requalification examinations administered that day were adequate, relevant and comprehensive.
Discrepancies discovered during the NRC examination review were incorporated into the examinations prior to examination administration. Examination administration was identical to that of an NRC requalification examination.
On November 3,1986, R. Simkins, the Nuclear Operations Training Manager, telephoned the examiner to compare the examination results obtained by the facility with those obtained by the NRC. Grading by both the facility and the NRC disclosed that all personnel passed the requalification examinations given October 24, 1986.
