On March 23, 1987 the office of NRR issued a Safety Evaluation (SE) regarding reactor coolant piping systems inspection and repair. Since then, it has come.

to my attention.that two inadvertant typographical errors were made in the cover sheet and main body of the SE. The weld identification numbers 02BS-F14 and 02BS-S12 were incorrectly identified as 28S-F14 and-28S-S12, respectively. Your staff should be notified of this error and effect the appropriate corrections.
