c and char Zach:
I acoloeize for not writinr individual letters to you, and hoce that you do not interpret this as diminished concern on my part.
As the mother of three children, it is difficult enourh to find a moment to write at all.
The point of this letter is quite simole:
I do not want to see a reduction in the evacuation zone for the Seabrook HH plant.
I am somewhat amazed that the request by Public Service Comoany is even beine seriously considered.
It makes me ask myself --

Ay what right does Public Service have to change the standards of public protection? "
You must act to keep the 10-mile zone; you must take seriously your role as public protectors and regulation enforcers.
Seems that you must also act to reinforce people's rights, via their elected officials, to approve any evacuation plans developed for their community.
I understand that Public Service would also like to eliminate our richt to determine what will work for our community.
This company sure is eatine its way throuch those good regulations meant to protect people.
