By letter dated September 23, 1985, we informed your Corporation that a
$150 application fee was due for your May 28, 1985 application which proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to under-1 voltage protection (TSCR No. 6 Rev.1) for the Crystal River Unit No. 3 Generating Plant.
The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff have reassessed their fee position with regard to this application and have accepted this application as containing infomation which is considered as being supplemental to your July 21, 1977 application. Therefore, the previously requested $150 application fee is not appropriate.
