QUALITY ASSURANCE EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW INSPECTION AT FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION (FPC)
A quality assurance effectiveness review inspection will be conducted at FPC commencing November 17, 1986.
In order to facilitate this inspection, NRC Region II requests that the following information be assembled and made available for onsite review by the inspectors on November 17, 1986, at FPC's corporate offices:

Quarterly Trends in Information for the past year.
Nuclear Operations Monthly Reports for the past year.
Nuclear Operations Quarterly Reports for the past year.
This request was verbally communicated during a telephone conversation to Mr. G. Westafer, Director, Quality Programs, by Mr. G. Belisle of our staff on October 30, 1986.
