In accordance with the agreements reached in our discussions on October 3 1979, with you and Dr. Shiba, we would like to ask your permission to release our English translation of the JAERI Facility Description (JAERI-MEtO 8110) and Drawings to the MARX II owners in the United States. This is urnently needed to allow them to construct a Fluid Structure Interaction analytical model of the JAERI test facility as part of their Fluid Structure Interaction studies. The MARK II owners have scheduled a meeting on December 10, 1979 and we would like to discuss this matter with them at that time. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if we can be authorized to release the above infonnation.
