This refers to the routine safety-inspection conducted by Mr. I. Villalva of
this office from December 6, 1986 through February 20, 1987, of activities at
the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor authorized by NRC Operating License
No. DPR-45 and to the discussion of our findings with Messrs. J. Parkyn and
G. Boyd and other members of your staff during the course of the inspections.
The enclosed cop f our inspection report identifies areas examined during
the inspections.y oWithin these areas, the inspections consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and
interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this
inspection.
