SUBJECT:

GKSS AND JAERI REPORTS Recent practice in regard to the subject reports is that upon receipt LLL sends a copy of each report to RSR, which in turn sends a copy to CSB, which then sends a copy to each of its consultants. This process involves significant de-lays.

We recomend that arrangements be made for LLL to supply a copy of each report to the personnel listed below.

If these arrangements cannot be made. I recom-mend, alternatively, that the CSB receive a copy dinctly from LLL. The CSB will then distribute them to its consultants. A list of reports that have not yet been mceived by the CSB staff is enclosed.
