Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 During conversations with your staff in early May 1986 concerning whether nuclear heating is acceptable during the conduct of system pressure testing, l we stated that we would assist Georgia Power Company in expediting a Code inquiry on this matter through the ASME. To this end, we have addressed the enclestd memorandum to Dr. W. F. Anderson of the NRC staff who is also a membtr of the Subcommittee on ASME Section XI.
