AMENDMENT N0. 82 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-54, LOW TEMPERATURE OVERPRESSURE PROTECTION

Dear Mr. Ward:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 82 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated July 16, 1985.

I The amendment adds Limiting Conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirements for the Low Temperature Overpressure " otection System to the TSs.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Consission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
