By letter dated November 10, 1986, we acknowledged receipt of your October 21, 1986 request for exemption from the annual fee requirements of 10 CFR 171 for your Yankee Plant. While a decision has not yet been made on your request, this letter is to inform you that the second quarterly payment and any subsequent FY 87 quarterly payments should not be made for the Yankee Plant until further notice is provided to you.
At such time as a decision is made on your October 21 exemption request, it will be provided to you in writing and you will be informed about further quarterly payments.
