SUBJECT:

AMENDMENT III TO THE MX-II-CRI AGREEMENT On July 13 you transmitted a copy of a fairly lengthy telex from Sweden regarding yet another amendment to the Marviken II project agreement.

This particular (3rd) amendment does not stipulate any changes in the NRC's financial obligation, from those previously agreed to.

This must be a third or a fourth version of the same amendment and it must be just as much a nuisance to you as it is to me since, for all in-tents and punoses, this project is already completed.
