.By letter dated February 12, 1987, the Office of Nuclear Reactor
-Regulation (0NRR) informed the Authority of their approval of your application dated March 4,1983, as supplemented September 30, 1986.
This application requested changes to license conditions related to I~
implementation of Regulatory Guide 1.97, Revision 2, for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.1 and 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) was remitted with the March 4 application pursuant to 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations and a $150 application fee was remitted for the September 30, 1986 application pursuant to the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their final review of your_ application, it has been determined that the Class II fee remitted is appropriate for one of the units since the changes were' administrative in nature. Since the ONRR staff has accepted the September 30 application as containing information which is supplemental to.the March 4 submittal, a duplicate Class I fee ($400) is appropriate for t.nc ather unit. Rather than refund the $150 application fee remitted with the September 30 application, we are applying it toward the $400
.due for the March 4 application. There#are, the Authority is requested to remit the additional sum of $250 to this office.
