50-328 EMPLOYEE CONCERNS TASK GROUP (ECTG) provides a listing of the report numbers, the related employee concords, and the previous submittal dates if applicable. To assist you in your review of these reports, Enclosure 2 provides a comparison between the ECTG Writer's Guide recommended report format and the transmitted reports. As has been previously discussed with your staff, the welding reports addressing employee concerns have been left in the format used by the Weld Task Group. transmits the final element reports for 5 elements addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee concerns in the following categories:

Engineering

- 2 reports Operations

- 2 reports Welding

- 1 report As indicated by the report cover sheets, these reports have completed final review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management. With these final reports, all employee concerns related to Sequoyah have been addressed for Operations Subcategory 30100, Nechanical Equipment Reliability / Design; and Operations Subcategory 30200, Electrical and Communication. Operations Subcategory 30800, Maintenance, was completed with the submittal dated January 9, 1987. This submittal completes the final element reports in the Operations Category.
