Dear Mr. Farrar:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No;100 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-39 and Amendment No. 90 to Facility Operating s License No. DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated October 10, 1986.
These amendments would correct an error in the existing Technical Specifications involving the calculated value for K(z) at the twelve foot level.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
