CRYSTAL RIVER, UNIT 3 - PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 4 This is in response to your letter dated November 1,1985 regarding Revision 4 to the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan for Crystal River, Unit 3.
Review responsibility for this submittal was transferred to Headquarters from Region II on January 24, 1986.
We have determined that the changes to Revision 4 are in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and therefore are acceptable.
The enclosure to your letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure.
