DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION FROM FREDERICK BURROWS (DPO 99-1)
By memorandum dated June 16,199, you requested that my office coordinate the review for the release of additional records in accordance with NRC Management Directive 10.159, relating to a Differing Professional Opinion (DPO), "Use of Allowable Values in Technical Specifications,"
(DPO 99-1) and for placement in the Public Document Room (PDR). The review of the additional records has now been completed.
The records behind Tab A should be placed in the PDR and NUDOCS by your office.
