Enclosure 1 provides a listing of the report numbers, the related employee concerns, and the previous submittal dates if applicable. To assist you in your i review of these reports Inclosure 2 provides a comparison between the ECTG Writer's Guide recommended report format and the transmitted reports. The reports from the quality assurance category comply fully with the Writer's Guide. As has been previously discussed with your staff, the welding reports addressing employee concerns have been left in the format used by the Wold Task Group.

l Enclosure 3 transmits the final element reports for 11 elements addressing I Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee concerns in the following categoriest Engineering - 6 reports 1 Naterial Control - 1 report Operations - 1 report i Quality Assurance - 1 report Welding - 2 reports l

As indicated by the report cover sheets, these reports have completed final

review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management. With these finsi reports, all employee concerns related to sequoyah have been addressed for Engineering subcategory 20600, As-Built Reconcillationi Engineering Subcategory 24000, Cable Ampacity; and Engineering Subcategory 24200, Electrical separation. This submittal completes all element reports in f the welding category.
