This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
W. M. Sartor on November 17-20, 1986.
The inspection included a review of

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
Your attention is directed towards the resolution of the exercise weaknesses
identified in Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, and 9 of the enclosed report.
