Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR) Summary Report Supplement The detailed Control Room Design Review Summary Report (Reference 2) outlined several studies that needed to be completed in order to close out DCRDR.
These studies were:
Labeling, Demarcation, Color Coding, and Meter Banding a
a Human Factors Maintenance Plan Annunciator Upgrade a
Safety Parameter Display System a
Plant Specific E0P Task A.1alysis a
Reference 5 contained the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) documenting the Commission's review of our Detailed Control Room Design Review Summary Report.
Reference 2.
The Commission indicated in the SER that they did not intend to continue their review until the studies to which OPPD had committed had been completed.
The NRC further requested that results of the studies be combined into a submittal that integrated the required information.

s U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission LIC-87-076 Page 2 Reference 5 also identified additional information be provided to enable the NRC to complete their review. The requested information included:
Finalized proposals for correcting human engineering discrepancies (HEDS) a Proposed implementation schedules for correcting HEDs e
Justifications for not correcting or partially correcting safety a
significant HEDs.
Reference 7 provided OPPD's schedule for completing the studies and a time line for completing the CRDR activities.
Please find attached our integrated supplemental report which includes the summary results of the studies and the requested information.
