Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.1, Georgia Power Company is submitting to the NRC a summary technical report entitled
" Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test" (Enclosure 1) for the "as left" integrated leak rate test which was conducted at Plant Hatch Unit 1 during the Fall 1985 maintenance / refueling outage.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.3, leakage test results derived from Type A, B, and C tests are reported in the enclosed report.
The enclosed report contains an analysis and interpretation of the Type A tests results and a summary analysis of periodic Type B and Type C tests that were performed since the last Type A test which was conducted during the Fall 1982 maintenance / refueling outage.
Al so, enclosed for your information is a separate report entitled
" Reactor Containment Building
'As Found' Condition" (Enclosure 2), as addressed in NRC I&E Notice 85-71, " Containment Integrated Leak Rate Tests,"
issued on August 22, 1985.
